Solo time – morning walk, yoga, pickleball or sauna/cold plunge
  • 8:00 – Session 3: Your Successful Life Metrics
  • 9:30 – Stretch Break
  • 10:00 – Session 4: Your Best Three Years

  • Lunch and wellness break
  • 2:00 – Session 5: Your Decision Making Filters
  • 3:30 – Stretch Break
  • 4:00 – Session 6: Life Architecting Part 1
  • 5:30 – Get ready for dinner

  • 6:00-7:30 – Dinner out
  • 8:00 – Sound Bath

Recommended Packing List

  • Leisure wear
    • We’ll be spending a lot of time talking and journaling through the framework – you may as well be as comfortable as possible!
  • Yoga/exercise clothes for wellness sessions
  • Sturdy swimsuit that can hold up in both a sauna and cold plunge
  • One nice outfit for a dinner out  
  • Favorite pens/pencils
